Rx Enroquin Flavored Tablets for Dogs & Cats

Enroquin Flavored Tablets are a veterinary-prescribed, broad-spectrum antibiotic formulated with enrofloxacin to effectively treat bacterial infections in dogs and cats. As an FDA-approved bioequivalent to Baytril® Taste Tabs®, Enroquin delivers the same trusted efficacy and safety at a more affordable cost.

This powerful fluoroquinolone antibiotic works by eliminating susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, making it ideal for treating common infections such as urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, and skin (dermal) infections. The beef-flavored, chewable tablets are highly palatable and scored for easy, accurate dosing—helping ensure better compliance for both pets and owners.

Directions:

Dogs: Administer orally at 5–20 mg/kg (2.27–9.07 mg/lb) once daily, based on severity of infection and veterinary guidance.

Cats: Administer orally at 5 mg/kg (2.27 mg/lb) once daily. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Doses may be given once daily or divided into two equal doses every 12 hours. Continue treatment for at least 2–3 days after symptoms resolve, up to a maximum of 30 days. Tablets may be given directly or with food.

Cautions and Warnings:

For animal use only. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to quinolones. Not recommended for use in growing dogs during rapid growth phases due to potential joint effects. Use caution in cats—do not exceed recommended doses, as higher doses have been associated with retinal toxicity and vision changes.

Possible side effects may include vomiting, decreased appetite, lethargy, or diarrhea. Rare neurological or behavioral reactions may occur. Use with caution in animals with central nervous system disorders.
